Building on everything included in our Essential Program, this custom lawn care package adds mechanical services and landscape protection to strengthen grass density, improve soil structure, and safeguard your most valuable plantings.
Program Highlights
We move beyond the grass to protect your foundational plantings and a few key trees.
Aeration & Overseeding
To combat thinning grass, we perform mechanical core aeration and overseeding. This relieves soil compaction and introduces new seed varieties for a thicker, more resilient carpet of grass.
Soil Enrichment & pH Balancing
We act on the results of your soil test. This program includes soil enrichment and pH balancing to optimize the growing conditions for your turf.
Tree & Shrub Disease Control
We introduce basic tree and shrub care with three targeted applications designed to protect your landscape investment from disease and stress.
